We put the food first: we work with carefully selected ingredients, and twice a week more than 40 fresh products arrive straight from Thailand, while our curry pastes are made from scratch in our own kitchen. That is what makes the flavours authentic, deep and exactly the way they should be.

Behind that quality stand people, too. Knowledge of Thai cooking is not an add-on here but a foundation, and a large part of our team had the chance to deepen their skills at trainings widely regarded as the best in Thailand. That experience lets us work with the classics and traditional techniques while adding our own accents - the kind that boost the flavour, elevate the look of each dish and make you want to come back to AHAAN.
